Getting Started - New patients
Dear friends,
Many new patients are introduced to us at a time when their health is less than optimal and in dire need of a “Solution” now. We are one-of-a-kind, we are meticulous and we recommend ongoing tests that show quantifiable progress, which is unique for this industry. Most new patients (of all ages) are recommended from one of our many satisfied patients, who have experienced improved health and well-being.
Review our website (www.MyHolisticHealth.net) to better understand our procedures and enable you to develop productive questions for your initial appointment.
Call to Set Up an Appointment - Since our patients are located near and far around the world, your appointment can be in person at our office, or via pre-paid telephone appointment with your practitioner.

Download or Request our New Patient Intake Form - Having this completed prior to your appointment will save you time, and provide more insight for your practitioner.
The Initial Consultation - Please bring with you: 1) your completed New Patient Intake Form, 2) Your most recent blood lab work (if available), this can be faxed to our office by your practitioner/provider, prior to your appointment, 3) the supplements (actual bottles) you are currently taking.
In the Initial Consultation, we review the patient’s medical history and current conditions, provide an overview of what to expect, and the recommended testing required to establish a base line. Some of these tests can be updated to monitor progress. Typically, this initial consultation will last 30 minutes, and up to 90 minutes for patients with critical and/or life-threatening illnesses. Depending upon the patient’s medical assessment, they will be presented with a customized individual protocol, and any recommended blood tests. For patients utilizing our telephone consultations, these documents can be sent via fax, mail, or email.
Cost for Initial Appointment $50 to $150 based on appointment duration.
If a Live Cell Nutritional Blood Analysis is recommended, an appointment will be scheduled. Cost for Live Cell testing $50 to $100.
If Complete Blood Chemistry / Hormone Tests are recommended, the Practitioner provides a Blood Lab slip identifying the recommended tests. These tests can be performed by your local blood testing facility or your healthcare provider and may be covered by your insurance. The results of these tests will be sent back to us upon completion (typically 5 to 10 days). The Practitioner then analyzes and integrates a proven proprietary approach to interpret these test results to identify potential hormonal imbalances and deficiencies in the body. Cost for this blood chemistry can vary $50 to $900, depending on the provider, your location, country, number of tests required, and can be reduced depending upon your health insurance coverage.
Test Results Consultation - Your follow-up appointment (via telephone or in person) is your report of findings for your blood tests and implementation of a 90-day health protocol. Our individual Health Plans (Protocols) include self-monitoring your body pH, proper diet and regular exercise in combination with proven, all-natural supplements to naturally optimize and balance the body’s defense mechanism (auto-immune system) and hormones. Many illnesses are a result of poor diets, so education and adherence to an improved diet will play a major factor. In some cases, even patients with raw food diets can suffer from poor food absorption, and less than optimal elimination. In both cases, proven supplements will likely be recommended.
When the patient receives their products, they are encouraged to call if there are any questions regarding the products or their recommended usage. Cost for monthly supplemental products $80 to $350 per month depending on the severity of the patient’s health issues. These costs decrease as the patient’s heath improves.
Follow Up "Health Progress" Consultation Appointments - Our follow-up Health Progress consultations (typically monthly for the first 90 days) are scheduled based on the patient’s individual health needs. Your practitioner evaluates key health indicators (markers) throughout your Health Plan (Protocol) period. This can include new blood chemistry and live cell tests, which allow both you and your practitioner to monitor (“see”) your progress. This process allows the practitioner to re-evaluate and modify your protocol for optimum health. Patients with life-threatening illnesses, may require more frequent follow-up consultations (sometimes weekly initially) to better micro-manage their tests and progress. Cost for Health Progress Follow-Up Consultation Appointments range from $50 to $150 based on appointment duration.
